Designed with multi-location beauty retailers in mind, this program supports businesses in managing their supplies through a customized ordering website, separate from Qosmedix.com. Once the admin decides which products from the Qosmedix catalog to offer, individual retail locations can then easily place monthly replenishment orders with automatically set budgets, ultimately helping organizations save thousands of dollars.
Gain insight into month over month spend for each individual location.
Set varying budgets for each location according to a schedule (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
A pre-approved purchasing list will be customized for users. When items are out of stock, pre-selected alternative products will be automatically added to the shopping cart to avoid shipping delays.
Admins have the ability to approve orders from each location before they are sent to Qosmedix for fulfillment.
Each participating location will have access to their own account, budget and shipping information.
Track the frequencies of purchases to better maintain inventory and plan for future purchases.
An account manager will guide you through the set-up process and provide ongoing assistance throughout the life of the program.
